10th University Scholars Leadership Symposium 2019 - applications now open

Are you an outstanding individual between 18 to 30 years old and have demonstrated leadership ability and a commitment to effecting positive change across the globe? Humanitarian Affairs Asia and the Ministry of Education, Malaysia are looking for outstanding student leaders to attend the 10th University Scholars Leadership Symposium [USLS] 2019 to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from August 1 to 7.

All current university students and recent graduates are eligible to apply. 

The USLS provides you with an opportunity to network, share and work with like-minded young professionals from over 100 countries who are leaders in their field, proactively driven to pursue humanitarian work, desire to be a change-maker in the wake of pressing global issues and assist communities towards a more equitable future. The electrifying atmosphere at USLS will ignite your passion for humanity, drive you to step out of your comfort zone, and set your heart on greater causes while enhancing your leadership skills through lectures, workshops and experiential learning activities.

Last year 1,057 delegates from 87 countries attended USLS, held at the United Nations Conference Centre in Bangkok, Thailand. See the video from last year's event.
