Energy system infrastructure, operation, planning, monitoring and maintenance are undergoing a tremendous transformation.
Old practices are being replaced with contemporary technology-based methods at a fast pace. If you are considering the energy domain for your future career either in academia or industry, you must develop expertise in emerging mathematical and artificial intelligence tools and techniques in relation to the energy domain.
The Adelaide Power Systems Summer School (APSSS) 2020 has gathered prominent scientists from around the globe to teach the applications of various artificial intelligence techniques in power systems and smart grids engineering. It is designed to fulfil the learning requirements of students and researchers to prepare them for landing on academic and industrial jobs.
You will learn fundamental theories as well as how such knowledge can be put into practice through in-class hands-on exercises, resulting in a first-class learning experience. A certificate of completion will be issued to students and three awards will be given to the best students who attend.
In addition, the event fosters and encourages networking among all attendees through fun activities. At the “lunchtime poster display,” you get a chance to introduce your research, immediate challenges, and future plans to your peers. Moreover, a half-day winery tour in the picturesque Adelaide Hills provides an excellent opportunity to socialise and relax towards the end of the school. Submit an expression of interest in our website today.
