Bug Bounty Program on Blockchain

We studied a non-profitable cost sharing problem derived from bug bounty programs on Blockchain-based systems, at which agents gain utility by the amount of time they get to enjoy the cost-shared information.

The characteristics of Blockchain would ensure that the release of the personal information is totally transparent and irreversible.

However, the identity of each user on Blockchain is completely hidden from others, so we cannot easily make sure we are selling the bug to the right people.

In this project, we proposed a mechanism to sell the bug as quickly as possible and eliminate the possibility for hackers to join the auction.
