The Royal Adelaide Hospital is hoping to improve the services given to patients through their feedback. We explore how to use the data used in a survey system to visualise data and provide reports on areas to improve on.
Using a variety of techniques to collect feedback from patients and compile responses together, we create reports that can guide the hospital on improving their services. We researched survey systems from various fields to create our own software that surveys patients through multiple methods. This system collects and processes the data provided and compiles them into visualised charts and diagrams that are easy to digest. This allows clinicians to make informed decisions on which area of the hospital requires attention for improvement.
