Prof Pavel Bedrikovetski receives SPE Distinguished Membership

Congratulations to Professor Pavel Bedrikovetski who was recently awarded the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Distinguished Membership.

Professor Bedrikovetski, from the Australian School of Petroleum and Energy Resources, was honoured at the Society's Member Monday Awards Session on Monday 26 October.

He is being recognised for his significant contributions in petroleum engineering instruction, research, training, mentoring, dissemination of information in reservoir engineering, EOR, fines migration, and injectivitiy issues, and professional service in local, regional, and international settings.

SPE serves more than 164,000 members worldwide, sharing technical knowledge for the benefit of our industry. Each year, SPE presents awards that recognise members whose efforts have advanced petroleum technology, as well as their professional achievements and contributions to the industry and the society.
