The Andy Thomas Space Foundation Education Fund Scholarships now open

The Andy Thomas Space Foundation is offering a number of scholarships, awards and prizes to a value of $150,000 to undergraduate and postgraduate students, researchers and doctoral candidates, and graduates and teachers. Various application closing dates.

Travelling scholarship available for PhD Architecture students

The Clive E Boyce Scholarship was established to fund one postgraduate scholarship in the undertaking of research activities or study-related travel by a current or commencing higher degree by research student in the School of Architecture and Built Environment. Applications close 12 April.

ECMS Travelling Scholarship for MPhil or PhD students

In 2021, the HDR Travelling Scholarship is available to all 2nd year MPhil or 2nd/3rd year PhD students to cover registration fees for participating in peer-reviewed virtual conferences or conferences held in Adelaide. Applications close 12 April.

Defence Women in STEM Undergraduate Scholarships

If you are a high-performing woman commencing your second or third year of undergraduate STEM study, then you may be eligible for a Defence Women in STEM $10,000 per year scholarship. Applications close 18 April.

Oliver Wyman Women's Scholarship and Internship Opportunity

Oliver Wyman is a global management consultancy seeking penultimate year female students from all disciplines who display curiosity and drive with strong problem-solving and analytical skills looking to gain insight and exposure into the consulting industry. Applications close 7 April 2021.

PhD opportunity: Create a platform to test smart grid operation mechanisms

This project aims to develop, test, and verify the impacts of local markets on the operation, profit and business model of the aggregator. To that end, the game theory will be used to form the interaction between prosumers, local market platform and the aggregator operation considering the potential of islanded operation as a business case for the aggregator. PhD opportunity: Modelling and Quantification of Food Deserts

This project will combine mathematical modelling and data science approaches to improve our understanding of how food deserts arise in a city, accounting for community factors such as median household income, local geography, and other relevant population demographics. Applications close 16 April 2021.

Multiple PhD scholarships with Codan and Playford Trust

Initial focus for this group will be the development of dissimilar technologies to support GPS-denied ranging, location, tracking and navigation. Applications close 31 May 2021.

Mathematical Sciences Phd opportunity - Modelling the Marginal Ice Zone
