Public Health

Public health has hit the spotlight during the COVID-19 pandemic, but it is a field that is constantly contributing to improved health of populations. 

Epidemiology is the science that takes a population view to quantifying health issues in the population. This helps us understand why some population groups experience worse health than others, and to determine which interventions and services should be provided to improve population health.
