Women in STEM Careers

At the University of Adelaide, we are developing tomorrow's leaders and connecting Women in STEM with industry.

We're encouraging women to pursue careers in the growing fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), where they have traditionally been under-represented.

Our Women in STEM Careers Program provides professional development opportunities for young women in STEM degrees. The program provides a range of workshops in leadership, career development and entrepreneurship. The personal development component focuses on confidence, strengths and resilience.

Women enrolled in a STEM Degree at the University of Adelaide (from second year onwards) can apply to participate in the Women in STEM Careers program.

With support from our industry sponsors, the Women in STEM Careers program equips students with confidence, resilience and leadership skills to pursue careers in STEM. Our program supports our women to become well-rounded, industry-ready graduates.
